Today is my state shoot, any tips?

Today is the Nasp state shoot where I live and I’m kinda nervous. We shoot at 10 and 15 meters, I’m better at 10 though. My average scores are around 250 and they improve pretty much every shoot. I’ve been to state 2 or 3 times already, but this year is different because of you-know-what. I’ve also been having a hard time keeping my arm steady. My bow holding arm usually jerks to the right a little (I’m right handed if that helps) and I don’t really know why. Any tips on what it’s like this year if you’ve been or how to keep my arm steady would be much appreciated, thanks!

Shibuya vs Axcel vs other top end sights?

So my budget has increased and i decided i'm going for a top-level sight for the target style recurve i'm building. It seems that Shibuya and Axcel are the top end, so for anyone who has experience with either one of them, or preferably both, could you tell me the differences, pros and cons, and which one is the best value? i'm planning on buying the most expensive, so the Axcel Achieve XP - Recurve or the Shibuya Ultima RC PRO Carbon Sight . If there's any other top end sights you think are better, let me know. I want this to be the first and last sight that i ever buy, and price doesn't really matter. Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...

Is there any reason mediterranean and slavic draw shoot from opposite sides of the bow

When the release imparts the same twist on the string? It was my understanding that mediterranean draw has the arrow on the side opposite of the bow of the draw hand because of the twist imparted on the string affecting the arrow on release but that should mean that slavic draw would suffer from that problem. Am I missing something with this? Shouldn't that mean you could use a mediterranean draw on the same side of the bow as the draw hand and not have issues?
