I started shooting recurve 2 days ago and I'm amazed that the most sore thing is the back of my thighs. Is that normal? I put in about a hour and a half each day and I already have a strong back and shoulders.
The thumb meat where I hold the riser is a little tender too and of course the part of my arm near the elbow that got slapped a bit when my form collapsed as I tired. I expected those though.
