So I had an brand new string laying around, I cannot for the life of me remember which of my bows I bought it for. It is 58", for a 62" AMO bow. 16 strands, dacron endless loop.
My stock string on my Sage is nearing its end, and I was going to twist my new string and noticed twisted up it is at least an inch or 2 shorter than the one I have had on my Sage for about 6 years. Is this because the old string has stretched out?
Would it be safe to string up and if not, is there a solid recommendation for a replacement.
