Compound bow tips

Hello r/archery. I have been shooting for 6 years, and ive recently gone and bought a 40 lbs toppoint compound. However i dont really shoot too often because i have a bad habit. I have never gotten any lessons apart from the basics (safety and stance) because my archery club didnt have lessons back then. And some time along the way i picked up the habit of my hand going back and forth when i get on target. Im thinking keep pulling, but my head just does it, so whenever im shooting i get quite cared of mybown bow, because my hand keeps slamming forward every time my head does this. Does anyone have some tips or exercises to try and get this out of my system?

Thanks in advance.

TL:DR My hand keeps hoing forward as an impulse, how do i get this out of my system?

If there's any other top end sights you think are better, let me know. I want this to be the first and last sight that i ever buy, and price doesn't really matter. Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
