ILF libs that different in feel drawing?

Recently got a Hoyt satori 17inch that has the Hoyt traditional limbs at 30lbs medium. Shoots nice for my being a total novice. A club member let me shoot her Hoyt 25inch target riser that also had medium ILF limbs, hers where 30lbs too. Wow what a vast difference in feel.

The satori felt like it fights ya as you pull like a trad bow would(feels like other trad bows and like our Hoyt buffalo that has same limbs but 40lbs) , hers pulled as if it was a child’s bow. Does the riser size make that big of a difference or do you think it was higher end limbs and or lo Nd er overall size.

If there's any other top end sights you think are better, let me know. I want this to be the first and last sight that i ever buy, and price doesn't really matter. Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
