Crossbow shots grouping left before and after adjustment’s need advice..

So just picked up a brand new Tenpoint crossbow yesterday, first year ive gotten into crossbow hunting always have used compound’s. Well i picked up some arrows today 3 of the same, and a family member grabbed me 2 as well but they were different to these. Went to sight in my bow at around the 25 yrd mark and my first 3 shots were all 5-6 inches left of center, perfect height. Adjusted my scope to move it right then 3 more shots, same exact placement to the left. I shot both of my different arrows to see if one was flying wrong and they both were grouping together. Any idea’s what may be my issue? Slight leaning when shooting or something i could have did incorrectly? Also to note my scope says 1/2 inch at 100 yards. First adjustment i moved it about 3 clicks to the right, it didnt move the arrow grouping, so i did like 7-8 more clicks and exact same grouping location 5-6 inches right. Thanks for any advice.

I would take a takedown recurve bow as my primary SHTF/bugout weapon

This is the type of opinion that is subject to change. In the near future, deteriorating political, economic, and social circumstances may result in many people having to rely on weapons to obtain food and defend themselves on a regular basis. Alternately, some people desire to leave civilization for a life of self-sufficiency in the wilderness, perhaps temporarily, and will encounter the same challenges. Generally, firearms are the preferred weapons among people who seek to prepare themselves for these events. I have owned and used a wide variety of firearms over many years and own several right now. If I had to pick one weapon to serve as a primary weapon (a full-size weapon intended to be used offensively, such as for hunting, and carried in the hand or by sling as opposed to a secondary weapon, which is complimentary, used defensively and carried on-person and possibly concealed, such as a handgun) I just might prefer my ILF recurve over any kind of rifle or shotgun. Having Trouble Figuring out a Backstop Situation

When I was around thirteen, I got my first recurve bow, and every weekend I practiced really diligently. I feel like I got pretty good for a casual archer. But having to wait for the weekend and going to the same indoor range just to shoot my bow for an hour or two got boring. So as life got busier, I stopped shooting as much. Alas, this is my sad tale. Now I'm 22, I live in a new area, and got a new awesome 50# recurve bow! The only problem is, I don't have the time or the money to go to an indoor range, and I'd just run into the same problem. I feel like my backyard is big enough, I called the city and they said so long as I'm not shooting at other people's houses or if I have a large enough structure in the path of my shot, I was clear to shoot in my yard. At the moment I'm looking at shooting at the side of my garage where it's probably around 10ft wide and about as tall. I don't think I have quite 30ft of distance, maybe not even 25ft, but don'
