So years ago as a teenager, I took up archery and ended up buying a vintage browning Compound nomad. It came with the original sight broke so I ended up replacing it with a more modern shrouded pin sight bit never could get it to shoot properly afterwards.
Lately, I’ve been itching to play with it again, and have been reading around about ways to modernize it.
First off, it appears I’ve been using the sights wrong all these years. Apparently I need to install a peep in the string to utilize the pin sights, is this the case?
Secondly, the bow came with a plunger style arrow rest with a stick on wire bit to locate the arrow on the riser. I would like to switch to something more modern like a whisker biscuit. Is this something that can be done?
