Correct arrow spine for 30#, 27" DL recurve?

Ok I swear this is my last noob question haha.

In the beginning I was suggested to use 500 spine carbons. Saw some people using 600s for their same poundage and DL. Charts say 500-600 for a 29-30" arrow, But just had someone correct me and inform me that 900-1000 is correct for me. Which is a big difference from the original 500 so I was really surprised and now I have to rethink the arrows Im buying cause 500 is too stiff.

What do similar bow users use?

Man i feel so bad, feel like I'm annoying this subreddit with too many questions but I am eternally grateful for how lovely everyone has been.

If there's any other top end sights you think are better, let me know. I want this to be the first and last sight that i ever buy, and price doesn't really matter. Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
