Just got my first bow by post after shooting for a year, and participating in a few competitions (with my club's bows).
The new riser is beautiful, costs about 400$/350€ or so, but I noticed, despite it being bought new, it had two annoying scratches on the handle, one right across the string facing side, and one around a bolt that holds it in place. They're not deep at all, but they are noticeable when at a full draw's distance.
Question is, archery shop etiquette wise, is it socially acceptable to ask the shop to send a replacement handle so that the new bow is actually new and immaculate looking?
Thanks :(
