Bow size and draw weight question..

So I have been doing archery about 9 months now, I went to an archery shop to try a bow at higher poundage as I would like to go higher. I started off on a 22# bow, (25F, weak and short), at the shop they measured my draw weight and because of my short draw I was pulling 4# less on the 66" bow that I tried, so I tried a 26# and I was pulling it at 22# (so the 22# I've been using this whole time I've only been pulling at 18#), they said if I'm pulling 4# less on a 66" then every two inch you go down on bow size you gain 2#... So am I correct in thinking, for example if I had a 64" bow at 26# I'd pull 24#? And if I had a 62" bow at 26# I'd pull at 26#? Thanks.

Sorry if it's confusing tried to explain the best I can.

Youth Bows!

Morning Reddit! My 6 year old daughter loves her toy bow and we want to surprise her with a real one. Can anyone recommend some good starting youth bows? I was thinking of a compound bow with light draw. 0-200$ would be great! submitted by /u/Demondeath1 [link] [comments] from newest submissions : Archery https://ift.tt/3fsFHct via
