What size of beginner bow for an adult woman?

I am choosing between Ragim Wild Cat and Ragim Matrix but I struggle with the sizing. And because there is a lockdown in my country (and most likely will be for a long time) I have no possibility to try it anywhere.

I am 175 cm (5'9) height, around 65-70 kg (150 lbs) weight. My draw lenght is between 27-28 inches (closer to 28) so I am deciding between the size of a bow 66 or 68 but don't know which would be a better fit.

And then of course the draw weight. I don't do any sports beside the long walks with my dog. The articles on the Internet usually recommend for beginners around 25 lbs. Is it to much? 22 lbs would be a better choice?

Shibuya vs Axcel vs other top end sights?

So my budget has increased and i decided i'm going for a top-level sight for the target style recurve i'm building. It seems that Shibuya and Axcel are the top end, so for anyone who has experience with either one of them, or preferably both, could you tell me the differences, pros and cons, and which one is the best value? i'm planning on buying the most expensive, so the Axcel Achieve XP - Recurve or the Shibuya Ultima RC PRO Carbon Sight . Are my new arrows overspined?

Are 400 spine, 27" arrows overspined for 30 pound draw weight? The guy just picked the arrows, cut them and gave them to me. my old arrows were 500 spine, 32" so when I said that they looked overspined, he just shrugged and said "the chart says they're ok".
