Red or Green pin sight fiber for recurve target ? And which size is the best 0.019 or 0.029 ?

Hi fellow redditors, I'm ready to upgrade my gear started with the sight pin. I'm interested in Axcel Sief pin and Shrewd Flex but I wonder is there any big different between red and green fiber, and the different of diameter of the fiber 0.019 and 0.029 ?

I'm usually shoting outdoor at 30m-50m target with decent light condition.
