Best setup for a hunting rig

I've been shooting 3d compound for about 2 years. Our club has a great set up with probably 40 targets laid out along 3 km. Currently I'm shooting an older Mathews creed single cam, Spot hogg single pin sight, quad drop away, and Easton ultra light arrows. A buddy has convinced me to start doing a bit of hunting with him. I picked up a bowtech reign 6 the other day with the intention of building a hunting rig. Now i find myself questioning which bow would make a better hunting rig and which for 3d? What might be the best sight, arrow rest and arrow weight for hunting?

Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
