How often is it safe to practice?

Doing archery was a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, so finally having the opportunity to do so has me very excited :) I want to go to the club every day for 3-4 hours and practice, practice, practice.

Considering that previously I haven't done any sports or fitness of any kind, is it a safe and sane approach to learning archery? The only thing that's stopping me from going every day (I started learning 2 weeks ago) so far is possible risk of injury and scary stories from my coach about people who trained nearly 24/7 😅

Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
