I guess It makes sense I just haven't found a definitive answer. Is shooting off the shelf way more sensitive to arrow spine?
Shooting of the shelf is new for me and the bow is new, is it just a matter of getting used to or do I need arrows better tuned for my bow?
I have a 36#, deflex reflex bow, shooting of the shelf with a hair rest. My 500 spine arrows, with 100 grain tip should be just fine according to spine charts but seem over spined when shooting. I am hitting left of where I aim and get worse grouping than with the same arrows on my 30# recurve bow with a plastic arrow rest. A difference might be recurve is cut past center and the other cut at center?
I would of course take my issues to the club but stoopid cORoNa 🤡
Thank you for a great forum to find help and answers.
