Single pin sight - Does getting new arrows that fly differently mean you have to completely re-calibrate your single pin sight from scratch?

I am considering getting a Spot Hogg Fast Eddie XL single pin sight. I understand for initial setup you have to (in summary) sight it in at 20 and 60 yards then use their pre-marked yardage tapes, then you're good to go.

However, suppose you buy a set of new arrows and they fly slightly differently. Lets say at 20 yards the new arrows consistently land a couple inches little higher than the arrows you used when you initially set up your single pin sight. Do you then have to completely re-do the entire setup process for your sight at 20 and 60 yards and use new tapes etc? Or is there a way to make micro adjustments to re-set your zero at 20 yard for your new arrows at the same time correctly adjusting all other distance, without going through the entire initial setup process all over again?
