Wrong handed bow

Hey all,

I just bought myself a compound bow, Bear Archery Gruzer 2 RTS, as a Christmas present. What was sent turned out to be held with one's right hand, meaning it is left handed as far as I have understood. Also the cams say they are set for "RH" so I assume those are wrong as well.

Now, should I just keep it? My right shoulder has a posture change from all the decades of using a mouse. Would using a left hander help it or is it all the same? For the record the store was Ase ja Erä in Finland.
