Question on skin discolouration at anchor point and where the string touches the side of jaw

Hello, I have started doing olympic style target archery for 3 months now with daily practice. I have dark brown discoloration below my jaw where my anchor point is at for a while, but recently just noticed some brown discoloration on the side of jaw where the string touches and I'm hoping to get some advice from the ladies archer here. Is brown discoloration normal? Is there a way to avoid it without changing anchor point/face position or should I just accept that it's part of being an archer?

Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
