Quick observation.. I've been a gym rat for decades, so the relationship between consistancy and strength are obvious to me, or so I thought. ie: If you go to the gym for months the weights become easier to lift, so the numbers go up. If you take an extened break, you come back and can't lift as much, etc. Today, I picked up my bow after 2 months off due to injury, and it was just as easy to pull as the last time I shot, not much strength lost at all. So is archery more like riding a bike? Interesteing. Anyone else have expereince like this?
