Where to get creative counterweights for recurve?

While watching the Lancaster Archery Classic, I noticed one gentleman had a decorative wolf head as a small counterweight on his barebow.

I would love something like that for my recurve. Does anyone have any idea where I could find something like that? I've scoured the internet to no avail...
