Should the string be all sticky by a paperglue-like wax? Do you need to use something on the moving parts?
Hello
I've heard you need to wax your string.. it came in something looking like a stiff paperglue container.
I have a question, is it normal now that my string is sticky and has small white parts of wax on it? Should I add even more of it to cover the string fully? Because I only did it "in general" for now
Second question - I've used Ballistol multi-purpose oil today on my spring airgun. Moving parts etc. It says it can be used on compound materials, skin, a lot of different ones
but when I look on my bow, the moving parts are mostly covered in plastic and you cant access the inside wheels etc.
Also, should the string that's on the moving wheels at the top and bottom edges of the bow be waxed too?
