troubleshooting specific arrow hitting to the side

I must be missing a bit of terminology or something because every website I can find is on troubleshooting shots as a whole but I have a problem with a specific arrow.

I have one specific arrow (XX75s) that is hitting right (I'm left handed) on my compound bow. I thought it was a flyer but then I shot it 3 more times and then held left to get it on target. I watched the arrow move horizontally to the right every single time. The first 1/4" of one of the fletchings is slightly unglued, but I have had entire fletchings come off and not behave badly on the same arrow setup. Is there any other plausible cause?

Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
