Olympic Recurve tuning: Point weight vs arrow length

So I was finally able to find a dozen Avance arrows. They are spine 600 and cut to 29 1/2" front-to-throat length, currently using 110 grain ML points (90-100-110).

Today I went to shoot some bare shafts and the current setup is a bit on the weak side. At both 18m and 20m, the bare shafts fly to the right of fletched ones (I'm right-handed), but were at least able to hit the target. At 30m, bare shafts are about 15-20" to the right when my limb bolts are at the weakest settings.

So I need to stiffen my arrows. The question is, should I reduce arrow point weight first, or cut the arrow length?

Riser is MK alpha with 40# uukha limbs.

Shibuya vs Axcel vs other top end sights?

So my budget has increased and i decided i'm going for a top-level sight for the target style recurve i'm building. It seems that Shibuya and Axcel are the top end, so for anyone who has experience with either one of them, or preferably both, could you tell me the differences, pros and cons, and which one is the best value? i'm planning on buying the most expensive, so the Axcel Achieve XP - Recurve or the Shibuya Ultima RC PRO Carbon Sight . If there's any other top end sights you think are better, let me know. I want this to be the first and last sight that i ever buy, and price doesn't really matter. Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...

Is there any reason mediterranean and slavic draw shoot from opposite sides of the bow

When the release imparts the same twist on the string? It was my understanding that mediterranean draw has the arrow on the side opposite of the bow of the draw hand because of the twist imparted on the string affecting the arrow on release but that should mean that slavic draw would suffer from that problem. Am I missing something with this? Shouldn't that mean you could use a mediterranean draw on the same side of the bow as the draw hand and not have issues? Question on bow fit - Mathews V3 31"

Long story short: I decided after 2 years to upgrade my used Dreniln. Went in to a local shop and they steered me towards a V3. In hindsight they didn't spend near as much time with me as they should have. Anyway, my wingspan is just under 76" and the bow is set at it's max draw length of 30.5". In order to get a good sight picture and have my nose touch the string, I need to tilt my head down just slightly, which then causes my jaw to change position and a loose a bit of my anchor point. Is this common for a shorter bow, or should I really have gone with a bow that goes to 31" and/or a longer axle to axle to get a better angle? V3s are hard to come by around here so I may be able to recoup most of the cost of the bow if I decide to switch. Not sure what to do. I went back to the bow shop and the guy said "That's the cool thing about archery, some people move there head, lean back, lean forward, it's all a matter of how you want to shoot"...I...
