Trying to get into the sport but I have questions

So recently I’ve been trying to get into archery, I found out there was a pro shop/range 3 mins away from my house and that made me even more interested in wanting to play. He recommended either the Stinger max or Brute Nxr packages which come down to about a $200 difference just for the bow. Every time I ask for what I should be looking for in a bow he says “whatever feels right”.

What would be a better bow to start out with for just shooting at the archery range? Thank you so much

Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
