Intermediate Olimpic bow

Hello! I've been shooting for about 3 years with club bows(complete set-up). I made a deal with my parents(I'm a cadet) to buy me my own bow if I win the nationals. Now I have to figure out what to buy. I have a budget of 900 euros for absolutely everything.

I'm having problems with choosing a sight and stabilization system.

*I want a sight that doesn't require a screw to be untightened for vertical adjustment as I'm quite bad at tightening screws.

Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
