Solutions to getting numb fingers?

Hi all, I've been shooting for about 6 months now, typically about 2 times per week, 60-90 arrows, and in the past couple of weeks, 3 sessions per week. I've started getting numb fingers, primarily in my index, so I made an effort to distribute the weight between my middle and fourth finger, but still getting numbness in all of them. I took a week off and when I came back the numbness returned as bad as before. They're a bit tender and sore from my release.

Have any of you experienced this? What are some typical solutions?

I use an Avalon classic archery tab - is a solution to add more padding?

Another question, on the Shibuya there's an option for "Single mount" and "Double mount." What do those mean? And lastly, is the sight aperture on either of the sights suitable, or is there better after-market apertures that are better? I'm sort of thinking that is something I should be buying from my local shop so i can actually te...
