I can draw the bow with an arrow to anchor just fine when I'm not aiming toward the target, but often when a target is in-front of me I can't bring myself to full draw and to anchor.
It's like there's a mental block stopping me from drawing back those last couple inches, even if I draw back and anchor whilst not facing the target I'll collapse again if I try to bring the target into view when fully drawn.
I'm guessing this is an extreme case of target panic, how do I get out of it? If I walk right up to the target and draw with the arrow pointed at it then I can do it no problem.
