So, I was talking with some friends, I am leaving for basic training in august, and I wanted to find a way to kill some time!
So I figured I'd do something both physical and recreational, so I decided to get a bow. Compound bows seemed a tad too complicated so I decided to go with a longbow instead.
So I did some research (Not enough) and decided I'd get a bow I could maybe go hunting with at some point in the future... I knew that 40 pounds was the legal minimum to go hunting, so I decided to go higher. A couple of bad decisions later, I ordered a 75-80 pound longbow... as a first timer... I feel this was a small brain move...
